"Discovering the Art of Dreamcatcher Making" After my A/L exams, I was on the lookout for a hobby that could help me unwind and de-stress. That's when I stumbled upon the world of dream catcher making and I was immediately hooked. The intricate patterns and soothing movements involved in making these beautiful pieces of art was just what I needed to find peace and relaxation. I started by watching YouTube videos and learning the basics of dream catcher making. I was fascinated by the history and mythology surrounding these dream catchers and I was eager to learn more.  Healthy and Happy Living Sometimes it can feel like maintaining a healthy lifestyle is an overwhelming challenge that doesn’t fit within the realities of daily life. It’s tough to hold down a full-time job, eat well, train for a marathon, make homemade green juice, spend quality time with your family/partner, and meditate for an hour each day. Of course, healthy living can incorporate all of these things (if you want it to), but it doesn’t have to be defined by grandiose displays of health and fitness. So much of healthy living is really made up of small things we do daily —things that are so small they don’t feel momentous, but that, done consistently over time, add up to produce big results. However, there are some tips to be followed for this. these are important in my life too and I decided to sharing some of them with you. 1. drink a glass of water first thing in the morning Coffee’s great too, but it’s best to start your day by re-hydrating with a full glass of water.
