"Discovering the Art of Dreamcatcher Making"

After my A/L exams, I was on the lookout for a hobby that could help me unwind and de-stress. That's when I stumbled upon the world of dream catcher making and I was immediately hooked. The intricate patterns and soothing movements involved in making these beautiful pieces of art was just what I needed to find peace and relaxation.

I started by watching YouTube videos and learning the basics of dream catcher making. I was fascinated by the history and mythology surrounding these dream catchers and I was eager to learn more. I started with simple designs and gradually moved on to more complex and intricate ones. I found that each dream catcher I made was unique and had its own personality. Making dream catchers was not just a hobby for me, but a source of joy and comfort. I was fascinated by the way the feathers and beads would come together to create something so beautiful and meaningful. It was a form of therapy for me and I found that I was able to escape the world and just focus on the moment when I was making dream catchers.

I also started selling my dream catchers, but I didn't continue with it because of my studies. However, I was happy to see that people appreciated my work and were willing to pay for it. It was a great feeling to see others appreciate the effort and time that went into each dream catcher I made. Nowadays, I am focusing more on macrame dream catchers as I love the challenge that comes with macrame. The intricate knots and patterns require a lot of patience and precision, but the end result is worth it. I find that macrame dream catchers have a more modern and trendy look compared to traditional dream catchers, and I love the way they turn out.

In conclusion, dream catcher making has been a wonderful journey for me. It has given me an outlet for my creative energy and a way to relax and unwind. I love the way each dream catcher I make is unique and special. I hope to continue making dream catchers for years to come and maybe even turn it into a full-time business someday. For now, I am content with making them for myself and for others who appreciate the art of dream catcher making.
